Creating a Campaign
Dashboard → Campaigns → New Campaign
2-1. Let AI Handle Everything (Recommended, ~20–40 seconds)
- In STEP 1, enter your business name and a one-line description of your business (e.g., "K-beauty concept store in Myeongdong, 60% Chinese/Taiwanese tourists")
- Click Let AI Handle Everything → a progress panel (elapsed time and stage) appears → title, promotion type, category, channels, channel-specific missions, keywords, number of recruits, offerings, and points are auto-filled
- In STEP 3, the recruitment period (start/end dates) must be entered by the advertiser (AI will not set this arbitrarily). Trial period, days/hours, same-day booking, and always-open recruitment options are also set here
- Review and adjust each step → click Request Review in STEP 5 (or Save as Draft)
If you include Xiaohongshu (小红书), Douyin, or Lemon8 as channels, the AI will write missions in the local format (笔记 posts, hashtags, bilingual Chinese keywords). Xiaohongshu is recommended for stores or K-beauty/K-food businesses targeting Chinese-speaking tourists.
2-2. Manual Creation
- 5-step builder: Basic Info → Promotion/Channels/Mission → Experience Schedule → Recruitment Settings & Keywords → Offerings & Points. Each step has an "AI Suggest" button to get suggestions for just that field.
- If required fields are missing, a modal will guide you to the relevant step when saving.
- Benchmarks: Below the recruitment count in Step 4, you'll see the median recruitment count, average competition ratio, fill rate, and commonly used channels for campaigns in the same category over the past 180 days (or platform-wide if fewer than 3 samples exist). Below points in Step 5, you'll see the median point value, typical range (25th–75th percentile), and approval rate. If your input falls outside the typical range, a short comment appears (e.g., "Below average — consider raising points if applications are low"). AI suggestions (Let AI Handle Everything, recruitment count, points) are also based on the same benchmarks and propose realistic values within range (for categories with low competition, points are suggested toward the upper end). Only aggregated figures are shown — individual campaigns from other advertisers are never exposed.
2-3. Review → Start Recruiting
- After requesting review, an operator will check it (usually same day). If approved, you'll receive a notification/email, and the campaign status changes to
Recruiting - If rejected (revision requested): you'll receive a notification/email with the operations team's requested changes, and the same message appears in a red banner at the top of the campaign detail page → click "Revise and Request Review Again" → the requested changes stay pinned at the top of the builder, and saving automatically submits a re-review request (attempt N)
- Status flow:
Draft → Under Review → Recruiting → Closed → Completed/Rejected (Revision Needed)/Cancelled - Sharing Performance Reports (for agencies reporting to clients): In the "Campaign Performance" section of Campaign Details, click Share Report → create a share link → send the
luby.im/r/…link to your client or team. It opens without login, and generates the latest figures each time it's opened (recruitment progress, competition ratio, estimated reach, published content, funnel, reach by channel, content links). Creator contact and payment info are not included, and there's a "Save as PDF" button for printing/PDF export. Clicking "Turn off sharing" invalidates the link immediately. On the BUSINESS plan, an AI summary is automatically generated once when a campaign is completed; clicking AI Summary → Generate/Regenerate Summary in the same panel produces a one-line result, interpretation, and next-step suggestion based on the aggregated data, shown at the top of the report and in the performance section (click "Regenerate" if the figures change) - Adjusting an Active Campaign: In the "Extend Recruitment · Add Recruits" panel on the campaign detail page, you can only extend the recruitment deadline and increase the number of recruits (shortening, reducing, or editing content is locked to protect applicants). To change the content, cancel the campaign and duplicate it to request a new review
2-4. Edit · Duplicate · Cancel
- Edit (for Draft, Under Review, or Rejected status): Click the Edit button at the top of the detail page → the builder opens pre-filled with existing values → save as Draft or click Request Review. For rejected campaigns, use the "Revise and Request Again" button to fix and resubmit the same campaign. Once recruitment has started, use duplication instead of editing
- Create New from This Campaign (top of detail page): pre-fills channels, missions, keywords, offerings, and schedule, letting you only set a new recruitment period
- Cancel Campaign (available for Under Review, Recruiting, or Closed status): sends a cancellation notice to applicants and automatically cancels pending applications. Cannot be cancelled if any applicant has already been paid points (status remains Closed). Campaigns with applicants cannot be deleted.
