Frequently Asked Questions
- My campaign is stuck in review → It's awaiting operator review. If you haven't received a rejection notice, it should be processed soon.
- I can't see all applicants (limited to 10) → This is a FREE plan limit. Upgrade to BUSINESS to remove it.
- I don't like the AI draft → Click again to generate a new draft. The more specific your business description (location, customers, key products, target country), the better the results.
- Applications keep coming in even though the recruitment period has passed → If
Always Openis enabled, the campaign won't close automatically. Turn it off in STEP 3, or cancel/close the campaign manually.
Weekly Performance Digest
Every Monday at 9 AM, you'll receive a single notification/email summarizing last week's campaign performance (new applications, selections, content submissions, approvals, this week's deadlines, pending reviews, completed campaigns). You can turn this off under Digest in Settings > Email Notification Settings.
AI Applicant Fit Score (BUSINESS)
Clicking the AI Fit Score button next to the applicant list in Campaign Details evaluates pending applicants (up to 30 per run) against campaign criteria (required channels, category, region, followers relative to compensation, application message, experience history), giving each a score from 0–100 with rationale and points to verify before selection (e.g., whether international shipping is possible), sorted by score. The button reappears when new applications arrive, and you can click "Re-evaluate" to reassess all applicants. After evaluation, you can also use the Select Top N button to bulk-select applicants by score (defaults to the number of remaining recruitment slots) — final decisions remain with the advertiser.
AI Usage Limits
AI features (campaign creation, matching, applicant fit scoring, content review, application drafts, report summaries) have a monthly limit per account — 30 for FREE, 300 for BUSINESS, and unlimited for ENTERPRISE. Limits reset on the 1st of each month, and you can check this month's usage on the Billing/Plan page. When the limit is reached, a notice appears and AI features are locked until the next month (manual features remain available).
Push Notifications
Clicking Push Notifications > Turn on for this device in Settings lets you receive application, selection, and review notifications directly on your device even when the app is closed (the categories set in Email Notification Settings apply to push as well). This works immediately on Android and PC Chrome; on iPhone, it can be enabled from the Luby AI app installed via Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen. Can be turned on/off per device.
Campaign Duplication + Applying Past Performance (AI)
When you create a new campaign via Duplicate in Campaign Details, a "Re-suggest Based on Past Performance" button appears in Step 1. It creates a draft with adjusted recruitment count, points, channels, and mission based on the original campaign's application competition ratio, approval rate, and reach by channel, and shows a 2–4 line summary of what was changed and why (e.g., "Competition ratio was low at 0.4:1, so points were raised from 15,000 to 20,000P"). This counts toward your monthly AI usage limit. If 7 days have passed since a campaign was completed and you haven't created a new one, you'll receive a one-time notification asking "Would you like a suggestion for your next campaign based on past performance?" — clicking the link takes you directly to this screen (can be turned off under the Reminders & Recommendations category).
